By 2012 I was a baking addict! I started this blog and also had a few local market stalls selling my cakes.
In September 2012 I quit my job to bake cupcakes for a living at a small cupcakery.
In September 2013 I moved on from cupcakes and sugarpaste and began baking tarts, pudding and bread at The Pudding Stop in St. Albans.
In April 2014 I left the UK and my kitchen behind to move to Thailand. I am on a mission to create tasty 'no bake' treats without a kitchen or oven.
